TWOH has a member with billions of dollars in assets and is a very successful businessperson. As a result of a pledge of this person, TWOH gives tithes or gifts to its members based on their participating contribution.
Of course, TWOH is happy to accept tithing and gifts, but only in instances when a member has extra money that is being tithed or gifted.
TWOH does not accept tithing or gifting from any source unless that tithing or gifting comes from discretionary cash or assets. TWOH, Its Emissaries, employees, etc., earn all the money they receive, just like the people in the congregation do, they work for it. All tithings and gifts received go towards specific projects such as the building of a structure, the purchase of land, the purchase of equipment, assistance to the needy, etc. A detailed record is kept of all tithing and gifts received, and from whom they are received, and where they are to go. All such financial gifts such as tithing, or a regular cash gift goes into a trust fund at a lawyer’s office. The trust fund at the lawyer's office is open for inspection (while protecting the donor’s identity if requested) to all registered members of TWOH.

The mega facilities will be paid for through fundraising and donations. At no time will D. Victor Hancock, or any other individual in any position of authority at The Way Of Humanity, personally profit in any manner from any of the funds raised through fundraising or through donations.
To be clear, during the process of a fundraiser where all the money collected goes toward the mega facility from the funds of that specific fundraiser, meaning the fees paid to attend that fundraiser, there may be times where a private individual or a business entity wishes to avail themselves of professional consulting services. Said consulting services will not be conducted at the time of the fundraiser, and will be conducted on a regular business schedule. The fees collected for the professional consulting services are not part of the fundraiser, and those funds collected for the professional consulting services are received by a business entity, and are not part of the fundraising proceeds.
In the event an executive member of The Way Of Humanity has a company or an entity which could be used in the commercial process of the development of the mega facility, that company or entity must submit a bid for work to be done, and all bids must be open to the public. There shall be full disclosure concerning all monies raised and used in the process of building any one of the mega facilities.
